Maggie Grace (born Margaret Grace Denig 21st September, 1983). 21 1982) is an acclaimed American actor. Most notably, she played Shannon Rutherford from ABC's Lost television show, and Kim Mills for the Taken Trilogy. After her parents divorced, she moved with her mom to Los Angeles. Although she was struggling financially, her 2001 debut was as Rachel's Room's primary character. Gyllenhaal received critical acclaim for her performance as the lead in Secretary (2002) as well as in Sherrybaby (2006), the erotic drama about romance and Sherrybaby (2006). She was also nominated for her fellow actors for the Golden Globe Award. The year 2006 was the time she appeared in numerous commercially successful films, such as World Trade Center. However the role she played in the role of Rachel Dawes that brought her wider attention in The Dark Knight (2008).
